The Myth of Mondayitis

When I was quite younger, I was dreadful of Mondays. The long walk to school, the long boring classroom sessions, the restrictions, and the fear of the teacher's cane. I hate the fact that God created Mondays. How come there are not several Sundays in a week? If you had this experience too, we've both suffered from Mondayitis.

Mondayitis is that feeling of weariness and disorder that many feel when starting Monday mornings. Research has it that people feel weary rather than refreshed returning to work on Mondays. Though, Mondayitis is not a life-threatening disorder. But it's a killer of goals. People dislike Mondays for the fact that it follows two days of relaxation and fun. Get through Mondayitis doing these five things every Sunday.

1. List out your priorities for Monday
2. Review your schedule and calendar for the week
3. Plan your outfits
4. Organize your home
5. Get enough rests

Always prepare for Mondays. The best way to stay unproductive is to plan your activities ahead.
